About these terms
These terms apply to your use of global-engage.com and to any conference registration made with Global Engage. By registering for an event or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the site.
Registrations & payment
- All prices are shown in the currency stated on the event page and are exclusive of any local taxes unless noted.
- Registration is confirmed when we email you a confirmation. Payment is due at the time of registration unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
- Delegate substitution is free at any time — email us the replacement's details and we will update the badge.
Cancellations & refunds
- Full refund up to 60 days before the event start date.
- 50% refund up to 30 days before the event.
- No refund after that point, but substitutions remain free.
- If we have to cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
Conduct at events
All attendees, speakers and sponsors are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise disruptive, without refund.
Recording & photography
Our events are photographed and selected sessions are recorded. By attending you consent to appearing in general audience shots used for our marketing. If you would prefer not to appear, tell the registration desk on arrival.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, text, agenda materials and reports — is the property of Global Engage or its licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our aggregate liability in relation to any registration is limited to the amount you paid for that registration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
