PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP
Sponsored by:

Venue: NTU@one-north Campus, SINGAPORE
Time & Duration: 1:30PM – 5:30PM (SGT) – 4 hours

Single cell multiomics(scM) with simultaneous profiling of transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenomics and immune repertoire is changing the field of single cell studies and uncovering a more comprehensive view of health and disease. scM technologies are evolving to increase both the throughput and the modalities that can be profiled simultaneously in the same single cell.

This workshop will begin with an overview of microwell-based scM technologies and the exciting new scM assays we launched recently, followed by in-depth presentations on the new discoveries enabled by microwell based BD Rhapsody single cell technologies.

1. Learn about the combination of sample multiplexing and microwell-based platforms for high throughput scM analysis in enabling the profiling of intracellular and cell surface proteins, characterization of immune repertoire, and assessment of chromatin accessibility and the transcriptome for gene expression regulation.

2. Hear presentations from:
– ANAND ANDIAPPAN: Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN), A*STAR
– FAN XIUBO:  Singapore General Hospital

3. Dry run of single cell capture with BD Rhapsody™ HT Single-Cell System.
