VIEW AGENDA

High-plex spatial transcriptomics has transformed biological discovery by revealing the intricate gene expression landscapes of tissues at single-cell resolution. However, FFPE-preserved samples—common in clinical and archival biobanks—have historically posed significant limitations due to RNA degradation and crosslinking. In this webinar, we bring together two experts to explore how Vizgen’s groundbreaking MERFISH 2.0 chemistry and the MERSCOPE Ultra™ Platform are redefining the possibilities of spatial genomics across both technical and translational research.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the challenges of spatial transcriptomics in FFPE tissues and how MERFISH 2.0 overcomes degraded RNA and sample fragmentation.
  • Explore the technical innovations of MERFISH 2.0 chemistry and sample prep, including how it enables profiling of up to 1,000 genes in tissue sections up to 3 cm².
  • Discover real-world applications of MERFISH 2.0 on the MERSCOPE Ultra™ Platform, and how it empowers spatial genomics using clinical and archived tissue samples for translational research.

Join us to learn how cutting-edge spatial technology from Vizgen is unlocking the potential of previously inaccessible tissue samples and catalyzing breakthroughs in both basic science and translational medicine.
